QWhat's the meaning of "S-Pool"?

AS-Pool, the Company name, expresses our desire to deliver solutions to customer challenges by pooling the four Ss: Solutions, Systems, Staffing, Sustainability. The name also evokes a spool on which we wish to intertwine abounding know-how in these four Ss.

QWhen was S-Pool listed?

AOur shares were listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange Hercules Standard Board (now the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ Standard Board) on February 10, 2006. On February 19, 2019, our listing was transferred to the Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and we were named to the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section on July 26 of the same year. On April 4, 2022, our shares were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.

ANo, it's our basic IR policy to distribute profits through dividend payment.

QWill there be any events during the ordinary general meeting of shareholders?

AAfter the ordinary general meeting of shareholders, we usually hold a business plan session. Our Representative Director, Mr. Urakami will explain our corporate policy to shareholders in that session. He will also entertain questions from shareholders.

QWill I receive any gifts during the ordinary general meeting of shareholders?

AS-Pool will offer some sweets as souvenirs.

QWhat's the dividend policy of S-Pool?

AWe are targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% and devoted to stable and continuous growth.

QHow much is S-Pool's dividend?

AWe plan to pay term-end dividend of 10.0 yen per share for the Business year ending November 2025.
