The S-Pool group is dedicated to increasing our corporate value and actively improving return to shareholders. We are targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% and dedicated to stable and continuous enhancement, placing the highest priority on business investment for future growth.

Shareholder Incentives
There is no incentive program for shareholders as of now.
*On October 1, 2019, we conducted a stock split from which one common share was converted to five. As a result, the dividend amount up to November 2018 has been retrospectively revised.
